Frequently asked questions from parents

At AIM Camps, children can enjoy a full-day program of sports, games, and activities. Under the guidance of experienced coaches, they’ll try seven main sports during the week — athletics, judo, tennis, floorball, gymnastics, handball, and basketball — along with various games, competitions, and a camp-wide tournament for the AIM Cup. The camp fee also includes three meals a day (one lunch and two snacks) and unlimited drinks, which are supervised by the coaches. In addition to our coaching team, children will also meet selected sports personalities. AIM Camp helps children discover a lifelong love of sport.

What do parents say about us?

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
FAQ
Does it matter that my child is a little older/younger?
The age range is 6 to 13 years. However, some children may be more mature than others, so we can allow individual exceptions by prior agreement.
What portions do children receive, how many times a day do they eat, and do you offer them anything extra?

The price of the camp includes lunch and two snacks every day. We know very well that if a child is to be happy, they must have enough of everything. That is why we are well stocked with food and there will certainly be no shortage of it at the camps.

Is it possible to pick up the child a little earlier?
Yes, this is possible by prior arrangement with the coaches.
Can my child have their own food if they are gluten-free, diabetic, etc.? Will I get a discount?
If your child has dietary restrictions, they may bring their own food after prior agreement.
We will refund the appropriate amount to your account after the camp.
We strive to accommodate every participant as much as possible, including dietary needs.
Can my child be in a group with his friend?
Yes, if it’s reasonably possible given the daily schedule. We always try to place children where they’ll feel most comfortable.
Does it matter that my child is not a particularly skilled athlete?
Don’t worry — we divide children into groups based on introductory assessment games on the first morning. We treat each young athlete individually, according to their abilities.
The most important thing is that the children enjoy themselves. We don’t turn them into Olympians right away 🙂
What if a child gets injured during camp?
Each camp has a qualified medic on site, so children are well cared for.
In the event of a serious injury, we immediately contact the parents, but we do everything possible to minimize any risk.
What sports equipment should participants bring with them?
Children only need sports clothing and shoes.
We provide all other necessary sports equipment.
Can children arrive at or leave camp on their own?
This is possible by prior arrangement.
However, on the first day of camp, parents must provide a signed statement confirming they take full responsibility for the child in this situation.
Will the children at camp be visited by their favorite athlete?
We guarantee that at least two famous athletes will visit each camp. However, due to their busy schedules, we can’t confirm specific athletes in advance.
Is it possible to issue an invoice for payment at the campsite?

Yes, that is certainly possible. If you need an invoice, please contact us at kempy@aimsport.cz.

When do I have to pay for the camp?
The amount must be paid into the account no later than 14 days after sending the application to the camp.
