INSURANCE CONTRIBUTIONS 2025
You can apply health insurance company contributions toward our camp fees. We have compiled a list of these companies, including the amount of the contribution, below.

RBP, zdravotní pojišťovna
Amount: up to CZK 1 500
Conditions:
We will contribute to a summer sports and exercise camp for children aged 3 to the end of primary school. For 2025, the contribution can be applied to camps held between June 28 and August 31, 2025. The camp must last at least 5 consecutive days and be organized by a kindergarten, school, sports club, or hobby organization. Applications for reimbursement can be submitted within three months after the end of the camp .See Information on Subsidies for Suburban Sports Camps and attach the Suburban Sports Camp Confirmation Form.

Vojenská zdravotní pojišťťovna
Amount: Up to CZK 1 000
Conditions:
If you are submitting your application online via the VoZP Client Portal or the Zdraví na klik mobile app, please attach a copy of the confirmation from the nursery, primary or secondary school (for school trips) or the organizer (for summer sports camps) that the trip has been completed and paid for, bearing the signature and stamp of the school/organizer. Download the confirmation form HERE. The attachment must be in PDF, JPG, PNG, or TIFF format (the mobile app allows you to take a photo of the confirmation and converts the photo to PDF).
If you are submitting your application in person or by mail, download the application form and attach the original confirmation from the nursery, primary or secondary school (for school stays) or the organizer (for summer stays) of completion and payment of the stay, bearing the signature and stamp of the school/organizer. Česká průmyslová zdravotní pojišťovna
Amount: Up to CZK 1 500
Conditions:
The contribution for summer camps applies to children aged 3 and older.
The contribution for summer camps will only be recognized if the camp lasts for at least four consecutive calendar days, and can be applied to camps organized during the summer holidays. The contribution also applies to day (suburban) camps. The contribution can only be provided for camps held within the Czech Republic.
The contribution will be paid after the camp is completed.
Payment of the contribution:
To receive the contribution by transfer to the bank account of the child’s legal representative, it is necessary to submit:
Account number: bank account card, bank account statement (or a legible copy thereof) or other verifiable form (e.g., proof of account number in a mobile app, etc.)
Identity card of the child’s legal guardian
Insurance card – child or birth certificate
Confirmation of participation in summer camp – ČPZP form Confirmation of participation in an organized stay
If the confirmation or proof of payment does not include a stamp and signature, provide additional documentation such as an account statement.

If the ČPZP form or proof of payment in the form of a confirmation that is not an output from the issuer’s accounting system does not contain a stamp and signature, the relevant payment must be documented (e.g., account statement).

Oborová zdravotní pojišťovna
Amount: With this insurance company, you can receive a contribution of up to CZK 10,000 for our camps through the VITAKARTA program. The condition is free registration and subsequent collection of points for a healthy and active lifestyle.
Conditions:
You must have a VITAKARTA card.

Zdravotní pojišťovna Ministerstva vnitra
Amount: up to CZK 500
Each parent insured with this insurance company can contribute to their child, meaning they can draw up to CZK 1,000!

Submitting an application for a contribution
We recommend submitting your application for a contribution via e-communication. You can download the instructions on the right-hand side of the page. When submitting by other means, we recommend filling out the application form (also available for download on the right side of the page) on a computer and then printing it out if necessary. This will speed up the processing and subsequent payment of the contribution. Thank you!
Specific conditions
The basic conditions for drawing contributions from the Prevention Fund always apply.
Contributions cannot be provided to insured persons who have re-registered with another health insurance company for the following period.
Applications for contributions can be submitted within three months after the end of the stay(“implementation”). Documents for a single item can be added together, in which case the deadline is calculated from the most recent document.
A child (an insured person who has reached the age of 18 or younger in 2025) can draw a contribution of up to CZK 500 per year from this bonus program. They can also draw from all other bonus programs where they meet the conditions specified for those programs.
Each parent or other legal guardian (insured person of ZP MV ČR) may transfer their contribution from the basic program of CZK 500 to their child (insured person of ZP MV ČR under the age of 18) for items in programs intended for children. If both parents transfer their contributions, the child may receive up to CZK 1,000. It is not possible to combine the transfer to your child with the use of the program for yourself.
Všeobecná zdravotní pojišťovna
Unfortunately, this insurance company does not currently offer any contributions to our camps.
Zaměstnanecká pojišťovna Škoda
Amount: The SPORT junior program provides a subsidy of up to CZK 800.
Conditions:
To receive the subsidy, you must fill out the subsidy application form.
